Where can I buy tickets to The Rave/Eagles Club shows? You can buy tickets at The Rave/Eagles Club box office at 24th & Wisconsin, or call The Rave/Eagles Club box office at 414-342-RAVE. You can also get tickets at all Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone, and www.Ticketmaster.com. The Rave/Eagles Club box office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. The box office is also open later (until 9pm) on show nights. 3. What time does will call open? Will call is available one hour prior to doors opening. 4. What time do doors open? Doors usually open about one hour before show time. However, if a band is late with their sound check, doors may be delayed. 5. Can I buy tickets at the venue? Yes! The box office is at the front of the building once you enter The Rave/Eagles Club. The box office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and The Rave/Eagles Club Gift Cards. Sorry, no checks. 6. Is there seating available? The Eagles Hall, and the floor level of The Rave Hall and The Eagles Ballroom are general admission, so there is no seating. There is limited first-come, first-served, seating in the VIP Balcony areas of The Rave Hall, and The Eagles Ballroom. There are limited bar stools in the Rave Bar, The Rave Vibe Room, and The RockStar Lounge. 7. Can I buy V.I.P. Balcony Tickets? Yes, they are available at The Rave/Eagles Club box office at 24th & Wisconsin, or call The Rave/Eagles Club box office at 414-342-RAVE. You can also get tickets at all Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone, and www.Ticketmaster.com. How old do you have to be to get into The Rave/Eagles Club? 99% of our shows are all ages, meaning anyone can attend. However, you still must be 21 to drink alcohol. A handful of shows during the year are 18+ or 21+ and those shows will be clearly marked on our calendar. 9. Can accompanied minors attend age-restricted shows? Yes, if accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. 10. Can I get food at the The Rave/Eagles Club? 11. Is smoking allowed at The Rave/Eagles Club? Yes, smoking is allowed at The Rave/Eagles Club. However, as The Rave/Eagles Club gets more requests for non-smoking shows, we have decided to open up an official smoking lounge. This lounge is the second floor concierge level of the building and will be open for most shows. This lounge features special ventilation, and will availble for smoking, even during non-smoking performances. 12. Can I bring a camera to The Rave/Eagles Club? No cameras, video cameras, or recording equipment is allowed in The Rave/Eagles Club. This is mostly by the request of the bands. A handful of bands allow taping. Those policies will be listed on the individual event page when allowed. 13. I heard a show is playing at The Rave/Eagles Club but I can't find it on your website. It is possible that the band has not yet fully confirmed the show with us, or that the band planned on a show here but it did not get finalized. 14. When is (band name) going to play The Rave/Eagles Club again? If you don't see the show on our calendar, we don't know when the band will be back. We hope soon! We want everyone to have a good time, and that's hard to do when you're being kicked in the back of the head by some guy in boots who decided to crowd surf. Contrary to some beliefs, crowd surfing is NOT harmless. People can get their glasses broken, concussions, or lose their teeth. 19. Do you offer wheelchair or special needs access? The Rave/Eagles Club is a multi-room entertainment complex. The lower level is the Eagles Hall (sometimes referred to as The Rave II or The Bassment. The main ground level is home to The Rave (also known as The Rave Hall) and to two smaller rooms, The Rave Bar and The Rave Vibe Room. The concierge level contains The Rave balcony and the RockStar Lounge. The upper level is the Eagles Ballroom (and its balcony). |
